One person, every world on model

I build worlds with AI and I care about one thing above all: consistency. The same characters and the same places, in the same look, image after image.

Each world starts as a world bible: look, palette, architecture, mood. Returning characters and places get locked reference sheets, so they stay on model from the first image to the hundredth.

Selection, correction and the final check are done by hand. If a picture drifts, it does not ship.

Studio Principle

“AI is my brush, not the artist.”

Every character sheet, light key and final frame is checked and finished by hand.

How a world is built

From world bible to hand-checked final frame
The rule

A world is a set of rules before it is a set of images.

Consistency is not luck. I write the rules down first, then every image has to obey them.

4 stages
  1. 01

    World bible

Look, palette, architecture, mood and the rules of the place, written down before the first image.

  2. 02

    Locked references

Every returning character and location gets reference sheets: face, costume, carried items, materials.

  3. 03

    Controlled generation

Each image starts from those references and a fixed style recipe, so the world stays on model.

  4. 04

    Review by hand

I compare, select, correct and reject. A picture that drifts does not ship.

Fixed on sheet before frame one.

Proportions, face profile and outfits are locked on turnaround sheets first. Every city episode starts from these exact references.

FAQ

Good to know

Is this made with AI?

Yes, openly. I use generative image models as tools, guided by my own world bibles and reference sheets. Selection, correction and quality control are done by hand.

How do you keep characters and places consistent?

Every returning character and location has locked reference sheets and a fixed style recipe. New images start from those, and anything that drifts is corrected or rejected before it is shown.

Can you build a world for my project?

Yes. I develop the look, the cast and the key places, deliver a world bible and then produce images that stay in that world. Tell me about your idea and what the images are for.

Who owns the rights to the work?

Usage rights are agreed in writing for each project. The legal status of AI-assisted imagery differs between countries, so I explain openly what that means for your project before we start.

Do you work with makers of AI tools?

Yes. If you build image or video tools and want to see them used for long-running, consistent work, get in touch. I am happy to talk about collaborations and case studies.
